Sales and Marketing Support Executive (JobBridge Internship)

The Sales & Marketing Support Executive will support the Marketing Manager and wider team in achieving company sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining customer databases
  • Processing sales leads
  • Liaising with  customers, colleagues, suppliers and partners
  • Writing and proofreading copy
  • Play an active role in ongoing lead generation and management activities
  • Contributing to development of marketing plans and strategies
  • Evaluating marketing campaign performance
  • Managing correspondence between the wider team and clients
  • Providing reports to help the wider team
  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling diaries
  • Updating online collateral
  • Developing slideshows in PowerPoint/Prezi


  • Practiced computer and general administrative skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and preferably PowerPoint
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability  to multitask

Remuneration : This is an Internship. An allowance of €50 per week will be paid in addition to your current Social Welfare payment.

Duration : 8 Month Contract Role
