Eur Ing John Mulholland BScTech (Hons) CEng CSci MIChemE MEI is an experienced ISO 50001 practitioner and trained ISO 50001 Lead Auditor. He has been involved in Energy Management System (EnMS) design since the release of the Irish Standard, IS393: 2005. He has designed EnMS to ISO 50001: 2011 across a number of sectors. Since 2011 he has designed and delivered over 100 workshops/seminars on EnMS and ISO 50001.

Dr Phillipa Coan BSc MSc PhD C.Psychol is an award winning Chartered Psychologist with a PhD in how to change employee behaviour to be more environmentally sustainable. In 2015 she set up STRIDE, a consultancy that combines best practice psychology with the more technical, data-driven aspects of energy management and broader environmental aspects of corporate responsibility. Phillipa has worked across sectors and industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, retail, engineering, healthcare, higher education and financial services.

This webinar is in two parts: John Mulholland will describe ISO 50001, its benefits and the key people clauses that can be used to lever culture change. Then  Dr Phillipa Coan will describe a proven model for behaviour change with techniques to achieve long term employee engagement.
