More About SEP
Superior Energy Performance™ (SEP) is a certification program administrated by the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Technical Assistance division of the Advanced Manufacturing Office. SEP was developed with DOE support and technical input and testing from the U.S. Council for Energy-Efficient Manufacturing (U.S. CEEM). DOE also partnered with state and regional energy efficiency partners to conduct SEP demonstrations at industrial facilities throughout the United States. At this time, the DOE is developing, testing and refining the administrative processes for industrial plants to enroll and apply for SEP certification. To learn more, please visit SEP’s new website.
